Responsibilities

Design visually appealing thumbnails for YouTube videos to capture viewers' attention and increase click-through rates.

Create engaging channel art and branding elements, including banners, logos, and watermarks, to establish a cohesive and recognizable channel identity.

Collaborate with the content team to understand video themes and concepts, translating them into captivating visual representations.

Design eye-catching end screens and call-to-action overlays to encourage viewer interaction and subscriptions.

Produce custom graphics and animations for intros, outros, and lower thirds to enhance video presentation and reinforce brand messaging.

Design artwork for social media platforms, promotional materials, and merchandise, ensuring brand consistency across all media.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to continuously improve the channel's visual quality and engagement.

Optimize graphics for various devices and platforms to ensure they display flawlessly across different screen sizes.

Manage and organize graphic assets and templates for efficient use by the content team.

Conduct periodic analysis of graphic performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement metrics.
